Simply complete and fax the above Bar Code Labels Order Form Request to us and one of our specialists will have your labels ready in no time. - PARS Labels - A8A Manifest Labels - PAPS Labels - Bill of Lading Labels - Transaction Bar Code Labels PARS Labels The Pre-Arrival Review System (PARS) is a Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiative designed to expedite the clearance of goods into Canada by allowing brokers to submit shipment information to CBSA before the driver arrives. In order to utilize this system, trucking companies are required to use bar code labels that are sequentially numbered and cannot be reused for three years. These labels are approved by the CBSA and one label is required for each clearance at the Canadian border. For PARS labels you will receive 1000 sets of labels with 1 label per set A8A Manifest Labels Manifest labels are required when a carrier has to move goods in bond on an A8A Manifest. The labels come in sets of five and the numbers cannot be reused for three years. For manifest labels you will receive 167 sets of labels with 6 labels per set. PAPS Labels Pre-Arrival Processing System (PAPS) is a US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) initiative designed to expedite the clearance of goods into the USA by permitting information to be submitted to CBP in advance of the shipment arriving. In order to utilize this system, trucking companies are required to use bar code labels on documentation provided to customs officials. The labels are to be sequentially numbered and cannot be reused for three years. One label is required for each clearance at the US border. For PAPS labels you will receive 334 sets of labels with 3 labels per set. Bill of lading Labels Bill of lading (BOL) labels can be ordered in a number series of your choice, and at a quantity of your choice. Transaction Bar Code Labels Transaction Bar Code labels are used by Customs Brokers for the clearance of goods and come in sets of six. Our system records the number series used and ensures it will not be used again for 6 years.

Try our PARS handling process!
Carrier to fax legible copies of customs documents with PARS labels attached (printed by A & A) to 1.877.FAX.PARS (1.877.329.7277), as soon as possible (A & A will provide Carrier with a leadsheet to be completed for every shipment). Carrier will become a member of A & A's Release Notification System (RNS). Carrier to provide A & A with a list of contacts who may be reached when necessary.
A & A will do a cursory examination of the documents to ensure information is complete. A & A will complete a PARS leadsheet with the information provided. Paperwork with leadsheet will be faxed or emailed to the appropriate customs broker(s). Follow-up will be done to ensure the PARS has been set up. Carrier will receive an electronic notification of each shipment that is being set up and when it is released. We encourage you to contact us for more information.
